The electrical heaters of NOMACON are designed for heating diesel fuel filters during cold weather, at ambient temperatures from - 40°С (- 40°F) to + 45°С (113°F).
Their role is to assure the filter's fuel flow at the optimal level by reducing diesel fuel viscosity and dissolution the paraffin plugs formed inside of the filter at low temperatures. Thus the life span of your filter is prolonged and the fuel economy is achieved.

They exist in 7 different diameters for 12V or 24V power circuits, either with manual control or timer-control unit. They can be used with any diesel engine having a metal fuel filter.
The heaters are designed for engines running on any diesel fuel, including the Bio-diesel.

The heater is mounted over the metal body of the fuel filter and connected to the electrical
circuit of the vehicle according the manual provided with the shipment.

The in-line, self-controlled diesel fuel heaters with posistor heating elements are designed to be installed in the cut of the fuel line, just before the fine fuel filter or before the filter-separator. Their role is to assure the fuel flow at the optimal level by reducing diesel fuel viscosity and dissolution the paraffin plugs formed inside of the fuel and the filter at low temperatures. Thus the life span of your filter is prolonged and the fuel economy is achieved.

The heaters of PP-200 series have an internal electronic temperature sensor and the MOSFET-type temperature control unit. It is a stand-alone device and does not need to be controlled by the driver. It switches on at the temperature of just below + 5°С (+41℉) and switches off at the temperature of just over +5°С (+41℉).

The heaters of PP-200 series are universal, THEY CAN FIT ANY CAR, TRUCK OR DIESEL GENERATOR with any type of diesel engine, running on a standard diesel fuel, equipped with either 12V or 24V power circuit and the maximal fuel flow up to 680 L/hour (189 Gal/h). (not suitable for bio-diesel)

The electrical rode-shaped heaters with posistor heating elements are destined for diesel fuel heating during pre-starting and cruise operating regime in filters-separators of Mann-Hummel PreLine®, models PL 270 and PL 420 and other analogues used in various medium and heavy duty cargo trucks and other motor vehicles with diesel engines.

These heaters are designed to be used in vehicles running on any standard European diesel fuels.

The PS-202 heater, equipped with external and internal electronic temperature sensors is a stand-alone device with its own electronic MOSFET-type temperature control unit. It switches on at the temperature of below + 5°С(+41℉) and switches off at the temperature of just over +5°С(+41℉).

The PS-202 heater is universal. It can be used on any diesel fuel engine equipped with Mann-Hummel PreLine® filter-separator, 24V electrical cirсuit and the fuel consumption rate of up to
420 L/hour (110 Gal/h).

The electrical disk-shaped heaters are designed for heating diesel fuel filters during cold weather, at ambient temperatures from - 40°С (- 40°F) to + 45°С (113°F).

The heater is mounted between the original cup of the filter and the body of the filter and connects to the electrical circuit of the vehicle according the manual provided with this heater.

These heaters can be used with any diesel vehicles provided that they have the mentioned threading sizes of the fuel filter, the filter itself is made of metal and the electrical circuit is either 12V for PD-201 model and 24V for PD-202 model.

It exists with manual control version and timer control version as well.

The heaters are designed for heating metal filters of engines running on any standard diesel fuels
(not suitable for bio-diesel).
