										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The EUROLINE company has developed a new heat-conducting material of the KPT-1 brand, which differs from existing materials in its higher thermal conductivity.<span id="more-3076"></span></p>
<p>This material is produced in the form of sheets with a thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm and paste. It contains in its composition as a filler an ultrafine powder of hexagonal graphite with a particle size of up to 200 nm. As a binder, as in other NOMACON heat-conducting materials, silicone rubber is used, which provides high heat resistance, long service life and maximum contact area of mating surfaces. Such a heterogeneous structure of the material is characterized by the presence of interparticle contacts that form &quot;thermal bridges&quot; in the polymer matrix, which significantly reduces thermal resistance.</p>
<p>The use of reinforcing glass fibers in the sheet material provides high mechanical strength during installation, the absence of metal contact between surfaces at a compression force of up to 25 MPa.</p>
<p>This material is recommended for use in heat dissipation devices where high electrical resistance is not required.</p>
<p>If necessary, an adhesive layer is applied to the surface of the sheet material, which facilitates installation and does not cause a significant effect on thermal resistance.</p>

<p>KPT materials have the following advantages:</p>
<ul>
<li>Absolute safety, low reactivity;</li>
<li>Do not react with moisture, chemicals;</li>
<li>With a significant increase in temperature, they do not dry out, do not emit toxic components;</li>
<li>They prevent the appearance of corrosion, are characterized by good adhesion to metal, ceramic surfaces.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On February 10, foreign students of the 4th year of the Faculty of Management Technologies and Humanitarianism, as part of their undergraduate practice, visited ODO &quot;NOMACON&quot; with an excursion.</p>

<p>Citizens of the Republic of Turkmenistan are students of the 4th specialty &quot;Customs&quot;. The main organizer and accompanying group was the head of the department &quot;Customs&quot; Elena Stanislavovna Golubtsova.</p>



<p>In its own production, the company manufactures various plastic products to order, and also sells finished products manufactured by the enterprise on an ongoing basis. ODO "NOMACON" specializes in the production of infrared emitters and heaters, industrial heating elements, medical equipment and more. The company's products are exported to the Russian Federation.</p>



<p>The students admitted that the trip was educational. Young people asked questions of interest to them and received comprehensive answers to them. The equipment for welding and heat treatment has been thoroughly studied. The children especially remembered the machines with numerical control. The photos were taken just near such a machine, when a complex part of fluoroplastic was turned on it according to a given drawing.</p>



<p>Department of "Customs" FTUG BNTU expresses gratitude for the excursion to the director of ODO "NOMACON" Kozyrko Vasily Alekseevich.</p>
