It contains in its composition as a filler an ultrafine powder of hexagonal graphite with a particle size of up to 200 nm. As a binder, as in other NOMACON heat-conducting materials, silicone rubber is used, which provides high heat resistance, long service life and maximum contact area of mating surfaces.
