Resistive electric heaters, the main feature of which is that the resistive wire is placed inside ceramic type insulators. Due to this design feature, the maximum temperature of the heater can reach 700 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the manufacture of the case, stainless steel is used. The heating element is made of a material with high electrical resistivity. Heat-resistant ceramics are used for electrical insulation, which can withstand high loads, which ensures the durability of the heating element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a resistive wire in the form of a spiral, located inside ceramic insulators, assembled into a heater of the required shape and placed in a stainless steel case. They are used as heaters for extruders, injection molding machines and injection molding machines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
