Disk heaters PD-201 and PD-202 are designed for pre-starting and mid-flight heating of diesel fuel passing through a fine filter at ambient temperatures from + 5 \u00b0 C to -40 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heater has been specially designed for filters that are threaded into the filter cover (see technical data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A feature of this type of heater is that it combines the functions of flow heating, when the fuel elements of the heater are directly in the fuel flow, and preheating, when the filter housing is heated before starting the engine through contact with the heater. The recommended duration of pre-heating the filter from the battery is 5-10 minutes. In the cruising mode with the engine running, it will take approximately one minute to increase the temperature of the diesel fuel by 1 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
