Infrared tunnel and shaft ovens

Appointment

Electric infrared tunnel heaters (EIT) are designed for continuous heating of the outer surface of tubular polymeric materials using directional infrared radiation of a given wavelength range and spectral intensity. They are the main elements of lines for thermal vulcanization of cable coatings, drying and reflowing of polymer tubes, devices for heating tubes before thermoforming, heating zones of tubular infrared ovens, as well as other infrared heating systems.

Infrared tunnel and shaft ovens

Benefits

  • the possibility of effective heating with a minimum consumed electrical power.
  • EIT have a modular structure and are divided into separately adjustable heating zones along the circumference and length of the heating chamber - zonal electric heaters. The number of zonal electric heaters, their dimensions and characteristics depend on the dimensions of the chamber itself and the requirements for the specific power of infrared radiation and the uniformity of heating.
  • The IR heating power is controlled by the temperature of the emitting surface of the IR emitters of each zone electric heater. At the same time, ИРТ protects the emitters from overheating, and the automation built into the MS constantly monitors the efficiency of the emitters.

EIT-1 series tunnels with distributed IR heaters

Electric heaters infrared tunnel EIT-1 series include electric zone heaters with distributed infrared emitters.

EIT-1 series panels with distributed IR heaters

Emitters with a nominal electrical power of 125-650 W each are installed inside special reflectors made of polished stainless steel. Between the rows of reflector-reflectors with emitters, special reflective plates are installed, which ensure the return of the reflected infrared radiation back to the heating zone, i.e. creation of the so-called thermal resonance effect of redistribution and equalization of the specific power of infrared radiation on the surface of the material.

The main advantages of EIT-1 - the possibility of effective heating with a minimum consumed electrical power.

EIT-2 series tunnels with densely installed IR heaters

Electric heaters infrared tunnel EIT-2 series include zone electric heaters with tightly installed infrared emitters.

EIT-2 series panels with tightly installed IR heaters

Emitters with a nominal electrical power of 125-1000 W and a spherical emitting surface are installed close to each other and fill the entire cylindrical front surface inside the chamber.

EIT-2 allows to obtain the maximum specific surface power of IR heating up to 64 kW / m2 at a temperature of emitters up to 750 ° С.
