Infrared heating and drying panels

Description

Designed for heating sheet polymeric and other materials using directional infrared radiation. They are also used for drying various materials in technological processes. They are the main elements of thermoforming machines, infrared drying chambers, infrared heating zones, and other infrared heating systems.

Benefits

  • Effective and economical. Provides uniform and fast surface heating.
  • They have a modular structure and are divided into separately adjustable heating zones.
  • Equipped with automatic control devices to compensate for temperature edge effects.
  • Available accessories (heating elements).
  • Professional advice and customization.

Possibility of efficient heating with minimum electrical power consumption.

Emitters with a nominal electrical power of 125-650 W each are installed inside special reflectors made of polished stainless steel. Between the rows of reflector-reflectors with emitters, special reflective plates are installed, which ensure the return of the reflected infrared radiation back to the heating zone, i.e. creation of the so-called thermal resonance effect of redistribution and equalization of the specific power of infrared radiation on the surface of the material.

Standard Models:

They allow to obtain the maximum specific surface power of IR heating up to 64 kW/m2 at a temperature of emitters up to +750 ° C.

Radiators with a nominal electrical power of 125-1000 W are installed close to each other over the entire surface of the heating panel.

Features of design and control of heating panels

To increase the heating efficiency and reduce heat losses, the section with heaters is located inside the chamber or oven, protected from the convection effects of the surrounding cold air. The presence of several radiators in one housing allows you to effectively control the heating power by turning on and off each radiator or group.

The distance from the radiation surface of the heater to the surface of the heated material in technological processes is, as a rule, from 100 to 250 mm.

Group use of heaters in the form of a section for industrial heating of material in the technological process

In the case of single or group use of heaters in the form of an industrial heating section, control of the heating power by the temperature of the emitting surface of the radiators is provided. At the same time, each heater, or one for the entire section, can be equipped with an emitter with a temperature sensor connected via a thermoelectrode cable to an IRT temperature meter-controller device. IRT uses the power MS module to control the supply voltage to the electric heaters, maintaining the set temperature of the radiators, i.e. the power of the IR panel of each zone. At the same time, the IRT protects the emitters from overheating, and the automation built into the MS constantly monitors the operability of the emitters and generates a light or sound indicating the appropriate zone if an electrical circuit breaks when one of the emitters fails, or when the circuit is short-circuited.
