Terms of use

The present Terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded between the site owner NOMACON.BY and EUROLINIA.BY (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) and Internet user (any individual, individual entrepreneur, legal entity) (hereinafter referred to as the User), and represents the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties participating in this Agreement.

1. General Provisions.

1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the resource and the Users performing any actions on the Information Electronic Resource.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and containing a proposal to conclude an Agreement with each User that regulates aspects of the relationship between the Administration and the User when using the Site on the terms specified in this document. The User's response to the full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement is any actions of the User to use the Site, including the first opening of any page of the Site in a browser on any User's device. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Agreement, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Site.

1.3. Information electronic resource is not a mass media in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

1.4. The site is the property of ODO "NOMACON" and ODO "Euroline" and is provided for use on the Internet free of charge.

2. Subject of the User Agreement.

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the data contained on the Site.

2.2. The site provides the User with the following types of data:

2.2.1. Access to site information;

2.2.2. Access to interactive configurations of interaction (electronic appeal, request information, leave a request);

2.2.3. Access to the search engine and navigation of the Site.

2.2. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties.

3.1. The site administration has the right to:

3.1.1. Change the terms of use of the Site. Changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site;

3.1.2. Change the content of this Site.

3.2. The site administration undertakes:

3.2.1. Provide access to the Site free of charge;

3.2.2. Keep the information on the Site up to date.

3.3. The user has the right to:

3.3.1. Get access to the use of the Site;

3.3.2. Ask any questions related to products using the details that are in the "CONTACTS" section of the Site;

3.3.3. Use the site information for commercial purposes only after obtaining special permission.

3.4. The Site User undertakes:

3.4.1. Do not carry out unauthorized access to the functions, structure, services, content of the Site;

3.4.2. Do not use the Site to disseminate advertising information, except with the consent of the Site Administration;

3.4.3. Do not use the Site for any purposes prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Use of the site.

4.1. The Site and the Content that is part of the Site is owned and operated by the Site Administration.

4.2. The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

4.3. The site administration has the right at any time without notifying the User to make changes to the list of Products offered on the Site and (or) their prices.

4.4. The information posted on the Site is for reference only and can be changed without notifying the User.

5. A responsibility.

5.1. The user bears full personal responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided when filling out interactive forms of interaction on the Site.

5.2. Any losses that the User may incur in the event of willful or reckless violation of any provision of this Agreement will not be reimbursed.

6. Dispute Resolution.

6.1. In the event of any disagreement or dispute regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of the Agreement, the Parties will endeavor to resolve them through negotiations.

6.2. If an agreement is not reached through negotiations, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

6.3. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.

6.4. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

7. Additional Terms.

7.1. All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy should be reported to the Support Service by mail info@nomacon.by or info@eurolinia.by.

2. The subject of the User Agreement.

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the data contained on the Site.

2.2.2. Access to dialog interaction configurations (e-mail, request information, submit a request);

2.2.3. Access to the search engine and Site navigation.

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties.

3.1. The site administration has the right to:

3.1.1. Change the terms of use of the Site. The changes come into force from the moment of publication of the new version of the Agreement on the Website;

3.1.2. Change the content of this Site.

3.2. The site administration undertakes to:

3.2.1. Provide access to the Site free of charge;

3.2.2. Keep the Site information up to date.

3.3. The User has the right to:

3.3.1. Get access to the use of the Site;

3.3.2. Ask any questions related to the product using the details that are located in the "CONTACTS" section of the Site;

3.3.3. Use the site information for commercial purposes only after obtaining special permission.

3.4. The Site User undertakes to:

3.4.1. Not to carry out unauthorized access to the functions, structure, services, content of the Site;

3.4.2. Not to use the Site for the dissemination of advertising information, except with the consent of the Site Administration;

3.4.3. Do not use the Site for any purposes prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

4. Use of the site.

4.1. The Site and the Content included in the Site are owned and operated by the Site Administration.

4.2. The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property, and unfair competition law.

4.3. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the list of Products offered on the Site and / or their prices at any time without notifying the User.

4.4. The information posted on the Site is for reference purposes and may be changed without notice to the User.

5. Responsibility.

5.1. The User is fully personally responsible for the validity of the data provided when filling out the interactive interaction forms on the Site

5.2. Any losses that the User may incur in the event of an intentional or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement are not reimbursed.

6. Dispute resolution.

6.1. In the event of any disagreement or dispute regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of the Agreement, the Parties will seek to resolve them through negotiations.

6.2. If an agreement is not reached through negotiations, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
