Equipment
Tool production (precision mechanics workshop) is equipped with modern equipment that provides a full cycle of manufacturing parts and technological equipment, and includes:
- procurement group of machines (band saw equipment);
- universal turning and milling machines;
- equipment for heat treatment of parts;
- grinding equipment (round, flat, optical grinding);
- a group of CNC machining centers (milling and turning);
- jig boring machine group;
- fitting and assembly area.
Quality control
Quality control of parts and tooling is carried out at all stages of the technological chain - from the blank to the final product. The manufactured products are manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of the design documentation and the Customer.

Checking the performance of finished molds and dies is carried out on our own injection molding machines and presses.
