The tagging tag is intended for registration, identification and traceability of farm animals and products of animal origin.
Description
The tagging tag consists of a main part (length 80 mm, width 60 mm) and a duplicate part (length 60 mm, width 60 mm) with printed identification information including 14 characters and a bar code.
A set of tags for one animal consists of two identical tags, one for each ear of the animal, with identical numbering, interconnected and easily disconnected for installation.
Specifications
The tags are made of thermoplastic polyurethane with an antiseptic additive, resistant to fluctuations in ambient temperatures (from -40 C to +40 C), precipitation and solar radiation. The locking mechanism is made of high-strength polymer, does not undergo oxidation. Robust lock design prevents tag loss

The number and barcode are marked with a laser, which provides high clarity and contrast. resistance to burnout of the applied information, good readability of the barcode by a scanner, symbol class (barcode readability level) -3.0 ("Axicon") and visual identification of the number from a distance of at least 10 meters.
The hardness of the tag material is 94-98 Shore A.
The design of the hollow tag needle allows tagging in any spatial position of the brand.
The breaking force of the lock of the installed tag is not less than 280 N. which complies with the ICAR requirements (BelGIM test report No. 45-05 / 38507-2015).
