Industrial heaters of special design

The heater consists of 3 independent sections stacked on top of each other. Each section consists of 7 heating elements installed in an aluminum casing. The total power of the heaters in one section is 5300 W. Working temperature up to 400 ° С. Temperature control in the section is carried out by means of 3 Pt100 resistance thermometers (two active, the third in reserve).

The cascade of secondary heaters is used in the production of polyester industrial yarns and is designed to provide the necessary stable physical and mechanical properties when passing the stage of "stretching" on biscuits. These indicators are achieved by maintaining uniform cooling of the melt jets of polyester filaments emerging from the die holes.
