Description
Ceramic sectional heaters (dry heating elements) production ODO NOMAKON are a heater in which the resistance wire is placed in cylindrical ceramic insulators. The insulators are attached in series, which makes it possible to manufacture the heater of the required length.
When using a dry heating element, it must be placed in a metal shell. The choice of the shell material depends on the type of liquid to be heated. If necessary, dry heating elements can be made with "Cold zone" (the length of the cold zone is determined by the customer).
Heating takes place by air convection and / or radiation. Dry heating elements can be used both for heating liquids and for heating gases. The temperature of the resistive wire can reach 800 ° C. The maximum specific power of the heater is 9 W / cm2.
The heaters are easy to operate and durable, do not require draining the media when replacing them.
