Designed for installation on standard fuel intakes of vehicles with supply voltage 12V and 24V.

Installed inside the fuel tank on the standard fuel intake.

The attachments are designed to take up to 420 l / h of fuel at temperatures from -40 ° C to + 45 ° C.

Fuel heating time during the pre-start period is no more than 5-10 minutes.

In low temperature conditions, the fuel can be continuously heated while the engine is running. The electric heater implements the functions of dynamic heating control: it automatically increases the heating power to the maximum value in the presence of fuel flow through the nozzle, reduces the heating power to the minimum in the pre-start mode, prevents the heater and fuel from overheating above 130 ° C.

Efficiency

You can evaluate the efficiency of the heater by watching a video recorded during tests on the intensity of heating of the fine filter.

The initial filter temperature is -22 ° C. Demonstration speed increased by 10 times. The real warm-up time is shown in the upper right corner.
